Printing small labels for electronic components, printed circuit boards, test tubes and vials can be challenging, particularly for rival label printers. However, with Intermec’s EasyCoder 3240 printer, it’s a snap. Two of Intermec’s technologies, 400-dpi print resolution and Intermec’s patented PrecisionPrint technology, provide perfect label-to-label image registration.

Intermec’s exclusive PrecisionPrint technology ensures continuous image registration on the label within a tolerance of ±0.030 inches (.762 mm). The Intermec EasyCoder 3240 printer excels on even the smallest labels, measuring only 0.1 inch in length, where problems with image registration show up immediately.

In additional to printing on small or oddly shaped labels, the Intermec 3240 is perfect for printing on a variety of substrates that are difficult to print on, such as Kapton or ultra-smooth polyesters and synthetics. That’s why so many organizations in electronics and health care have turned to Intermec for printers.

The optional internal EasyLAN Ethernet allows for network management without the complexity, space requirements, and vulnerability of external print servers.
