What do you enjoy most about your role at Gamma Solutions?
I have been a member of the Gamma Admin team since 2016. I feel positive about my contribution to the company, performing multiple administration tasks assigned to me and meeting deadlines at the same time. I absolutely enjoy taking part in Gamma fitness challenges and fun team building activities.
What’s a hobby or activity you enjoy outside of work that might surprise your colleagues?
I am a freelance Professional Translator & Interpreter. I undertake translation assignments, proof readings and voice recordings for various Federal and State Government Agencies and individuals. To help maintain the ability to perform basic everyday tasks, I also do functional fitness training exercises.
If you could have dinner with any three people, dead or alive, who would they be?
The hilarious duo (not a trio) Jennifer Aniston & Adam Sandler for their countless laughs and entertainment.
What’s a recent book, podcast or show that you’d recommend and what did you learn from it?
I recently read “Who Will Cry When You Die?” by Robin Sharma. Whilst waiting for my flight back to Australia after attending my brother’s funeral, I bought the book at the Colombo airport. The book tells you how to become the best version of yourself and the person who will make others feel grateful, for what you have contributed to their lives.
What’s one thing on your bucket list that you hope to accomplish one day?
When I was schooling, I had a German pen pal who lived in Bavaria, in Southern Germany. She would say she lived in the most beautiful part of Germany and I should visit there one day. I have read that Bavaria is known for its pristine countryside, crystal-clear rivers and lakes, medieval castles, magnificent palaces, baroque churches, mountain landscapes and alpine summits. A visit to Bavaria, Germany has always been on my bucket list.
